Packages larger that 5 lbs unusual sizes and expedited shipping are not included.  Expedited shipping is based on package size weight and length of delivery needed.    Shipping costs for expedited orders are the actual shipping plus $5.95 for packaging and handling.

I understand that balloon & décor items are non returnable except in instances of manufacturer defect.  Defective balloons will be replaced with non defective product or credit.  Shipping and handling not included.
