What Happens If It Rains? You must call by 8:00 am to cancel your reservation if it goes onto our trucks it is considered out for delivery Reservations cancelled for rain are ONLY accepted if it is raining your reservation is firm until rain begins We reserve the right to deliver or not deliver at our discretion based on the weather conditions and wind Units CAN NOT operate in heavy rain or high winds it can be dangerous to the children - electricity is involved If you do not call we will assume it is not raining at your house and if it is clear at our location we will deliver We will attempt delivery unless told otherwise if we think it is deliverable weather If weather conditions are not permitting when we arrive then you will lose your deposit without a rain waiver Deliveries CAN NOT be set up while it is raining. Skies must be clear for 1/2 hour and drivers will not wait at the location. If you wish to re-arrange your time we will do all we can to accommodate you. If weather conditions are not permitting for the day then you will lose your deposit without a rain waiver We make the final decision on all rain dates and what constitutes a rain date generally a 50% or greater rain prediction will cause us to evaluate the safety of delivering that day. If we set up and skies are clear yet rain is predicted you will be assessed a cleaning fee if the unit is returned with filth. A light sprinkle will not cause this to happen yet an impending storm will.
How can I prevent losing my deposit? We offer a rain/inclimate weather waiver for 10% of your rental upon deposit . At the time of booking you can purchase a waiver that allows you to cancel in the event of rain and you can then receive your deposit back. Your cost is then only the 10% fee. It also allows you to reapply your deposit towards another date or item. If you choose that option then we will reapply your rain waiver on the second time at 1/2 price. Without the rain waiver if the weather is foul and we are unable to set up you will lose your deposit in full. As a reminder you can cancel move or reschedule any time up to 14 days prior with no penalties. After 14 days and up to 7 days prior you can reschedule to a different date for a $35.00 fee. Under seven days prior up to 48 hours you forfeit 50% of your deposit. Under 48 hour your deposit is forfeit. You can add a rain waiver up to 7 days prior to your event or upon booking if scheduling less than 48 hours in advance. The rain waiver is applicable to private parties only. Corporate events please contact your salesperson to determine your options. **Other rain or inclimate weather options ** - choose to have a character or a party host for an adjusted rate (usually lower) if one is available - choose the indoor bounce, maze or balloon typhoon if available - change another piece of rental equipment like carnival games or fun foods
** FEES ** - If you do not call to cancel and we arrive your deposit is forfeit P.S. We do not always know if it is raining at your house - If you take delivery and the unit has to come down early - no adjustment - If you call and cancel and take none of the above options then our fee is your deposit and if paid in full your difference is refundable. - If the unit is returned with general filth, stickers, silly string, food, candy, sand, water (not rain) or mud inside you will be assessed a $35.00 per hour cleaning fee.

** Your Primary Responsibilities** - You are responsible for providing a clean flat surface of 20 x 20* for set up of the unit. (please remove the "doodies") *some sizes vary - You are responsible for providing electricity or making generator arrangements - You are responsible for supervising the children - You are responsible for following and enforcing the rules and guidelines we set forth for safe operation and play inside the unit - You are responsible for returning the unit in clean and orderly condition without damage - You must be available to take delivery during the time frame of your reservation & up to 2 hours prior/later - You must be available to supervise unit for duration of event - Depending on our route for deliveries we can arrive up to two hours prior to your start time for set up and will at times arrive up to two hour later for pick up--please advise upon reservation if this is not possible for you - Please advise us if you have time restrictions for set up or tear down - You must advise us of adverse set-up locations or circumstances (ie: at the bottom of a huge hill/ stairs) - Please leave a parking area out front free for the drivers to have easy delivery access **Fun Hints** - It is always nice to have a worry free party. Hire your babysitter to assist with the bounce operation. - Play music - It makes bounce-ing more fun. Have music available for the children and let them know that (6/8/10) Kids can bounce per song. If you make it a game it makes it even easier to supervise your unit. - Come up with fun ways to bounce - Bounce on all one color. See who can jump the highest -run around the yard and then 1st one in wins. Do bounce Olympics. - Have your bounce come early and enjoy some preparation time while your children get the bounce "All to themselves!" - Keep a cooler of water bottles on a nearby table. When it gets hot out the kids still love to jump. Make sure they stay hydrated by making it easy for them to grab a drink. Avoid sugary drinks! - Throw a beach ball inside the bounce unit for a great addition to their fun time.
Other Information: - Needs to be within 50 ft. of an outlet with a direct plug in to the outlet - Longer cords available - call for distances and recommendations If additional cords are needed a $10.00 fee applies - Sandbags for concrete or Asphalt set up are +$50.00 per set of 4 or $12.50 each - Replacement tarps are $25.00 if tarp is damaged on asphalt or concrete - Generator available if needed for $85.00--$125.00 - Extended day over 8 hours is $15.00 per hour - Late & Cold outdoor pick up (1/2 hour after sunset or low under 45* ) is an additional $25.00 unless you provide adequate lighting or an alternate heated location. Late Pickup is 8:00 pm in May, June, 9:00 pm July & until August 15th Then it moves to 7:30 through August back to 7:00 pm in September Then 6:00 pm for October Call if your event is in a different month. Late pickup not applicable to indoor events until 10:00 p.m.
