Sometimes it is easier to figure out your needs by how many you need to seat. In addition we try to make life easier by offering a discounted package with all your needs included. Any package can be modified these are our most commonly requested sizes and seating.

Tent discount packages not valid with other coupons or discounts. Price does not include delivery and any additional set up of chairs and tables. Chairs and tables will be left under tent for renter to set up and will be picked up in same manner unless otherwise specified.

Tent pricing can vary due to set up surface, weather conditions, distance for delivery and many other factors.
Tents not reserved 6-10 days in advance will automatically have to be weighted and not staked due to the turn around time involved in marking the property by JULIE. Only certain sizes can be weighted.
If tables and chairs are ordered with tents set up is included on tent only tables and chairs are an additional fee per item.

Tables and chairs are delivered to your driveway OR if tent is ordered under the tent. Local delivery starts at $40.00 and over 5 miles there may be an additional charge. If you require set up or tear down there is an addition charge per item of .25 per chair (up & down) & 75 cents per table (up and down) each. Without a tent rental If you need the items brought indoors or to a rear yard there is a $10.00 fee for the additional labor. A movers dolly can be rented for $5.00.
Tents should not be set up adjacent to homes. Room should be left between the house and the tent. If you require a set up closer than 10 feet from the side of your building please advise us.
