Ordering on line IS NOT a guaranteed reservation.
· 1st - You are not obligated to complete the reservation on rental items when requesting a quote from us.
· 2nd - You will get a separate quote via email or a phone call to confirm availability and then we can complete your reservation. (Once we have prepared your quote it will include any discounts you qualify for as well as any delivery, travel, set up fees or shipping charges). We take this extra step because all of our rental & entertainment items must be checked for availability since we take live reservations concurrent with web reservations.
· We ask that you please take a moment to respond to us once you have received you quote or call in order to complete your order. At that time we will get your required deposit which is 50% of your rental. If you have ordered party supplies they will be shipped unless rental items are also involved.
