Our formula for mileage
Below we have created two representations for mileage calculators.  With characters we come and stay and then leave so their calculation is slightly different than other items like bounces or tents where we come and set up then leave then come back and tear down.  So we are traveling twice to the same location instead of once.  There are some cost saving measures you can implement like having a driver stay in town if you are particularly far away or combining two delivery items like a bounce with a character.  We also do shared mileage from time to time when parties are in a similar area.  We call this piggy back mileage and it is not always available.  However these cost saving delivery methods are all things a live representative must help you with.  So if you would like more information or to see if you qualify for piggy back mileage then you will need to call.  The worst case scenario is what you figure out below.

Mileage step 1 - Characters

Approximate Mileage Calculator for Characters
Take your total miles (x 2) from your home to 25553 W. Wolf Rd, Plainfield IL 60585 and then subtract 20.  Put that number in for quantity and add to basket.

Mileage step 2 - Characters

Approximate Mileage Calculator for Characters
  1. Take your total travel time round trip (x 2) from your home to 25553 W. Wolf Rd, Plainfield IL 60585
  2. Multiply that number by the number of people coming (1 character = 2 people/ 2 characters = 3 people) 
  3. Subtract from that 1 hour per person
  4. Take that number (amount of hours left) and put in to get travel time - remember to use divisors of 1- .25 for 15 minute ,.50 for 1/2 hour, .75 for 45 minutes and hours in 1.
