Bounce Guidelines: (This is everything you ever wanted to know)
Set up

  1. We are bringing heavy equipment to your home.  PLEASE leave your driveway clear for our delivery crew to be able to load and unload into.  We understand that this may seem an inconvenience but we ask for your assistance in helping maintain the health and safety of our employees.  The further items have to travel the harder it is on their backs and strength.  We appreciate your consideration.
  2. Customer agrees to grant Party Saver Rentals access to their property for the duration of the agreed upon rental time frame for the purposes of setting up and removal of the items that have been rented.  Customer agrees not to restrict access upon pick up.
  3. Driver pick-up time is approximate. Driver may arrive as early as 2 hours prior to your start time or end time. Customer is responsible for, and required to stay with all the equipment until it is picked up by our representative, or other arrangements have been made.  If you will not be home please call to let us know so we can make sure to narrow our delivery times,
  4. All debris such as rocks, bricks, glass or other sharp or jagged objects must be removed from the area in which the unit will be placed.  We allow for 15 minutes to set up the unit.  If the area you are asking us to set up in is littered we will ask to move to a different location or delay set up until the area is acceptable.  For ease of set up please police the area before we arrive at your event.  If unit is scheduled for an event following yours and set up was delayed we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stay longer and no discounts will be given.
  5. The unit is to be set up on a smooth surface with the tarp underneath it at all times. No gravel, sand or large woodchips.  Hard top set up requires sand bags see below.
  6. The blower must be placed on a flat surface behind the unit and within 50 feet of an outlet. We use only one of our extension cords (prevents power surges).
  7. The unit must be tied or staked down to avoid tipping, please allow for adequate space in which to drop the weights/stake. Unit must be staked down on level surface and not within five feet of any fixed object.
  8. We suggest setting aside a 20x20 area for set up and staging of normal bounces. If you have questions regarding positioning or the size of your unit please contact our office.  Our bounce units are 12x15x13(H) up to 14x17x 20(H) please allow for clearance of all trees and objects.  If you have a larger unit or slide please call for dimensions or reference web site.
  9. Please be advised that our unit draws power from your home.  If you have an older fuse box system you may want to make sure that the outlet we are on has enough power that your fuses will not be blown.  We are not responsible for blown fuses or delays as a result of this .  We draw a minimum 15 amps
  10. If you have difficult access to your residence or yard please make notes below on the best way to enter your property and where you would like the unit set.

Proper Care of Unit
  1. At no time should the unit be left unattended.  Deflating a unit does not constitute termination of your responsibilities.
  2. No food or drink inside of the unit.  No water hoses allowed inside or underneath the unit.  If unit takes on water or filth a $35.00 per hour clean up fee will be charged (an example of this is bathing suits and muddy feet or a deluge of rain from a thunderstorm).
  3. NO silly string!  If found you are subject to a $1,000.00 or greater fine for damages.  Silly string eats away the protective coating if vinyl and will ruin a unit.
  4. Jumping and playing must not be allowed inside or on top of partially inflated unit.  Riders are not allowed to play or climb on outside walls, sides, or roof of unit.  Do not allow riders to hang on or pull netting or columns.  Do not jump onto roof of unit at any time.
  5. Do not plug and unplug motor repeatedly as is will cause it to burn up or short.  Damage to the motor as a result of misuse is your financial responsibility.
  6. Customer hires the Rental Equipment on an "as is" basis. Customer acknowledges that he/she has inspected the installation of the rental equipment and has or will personally inspect the rental items prior to its use.  Further the customer agrees to and will l read the operating/safety instructions prior to use.  Any questions on the proper use and supervision of the unit should be directed to the installing operator.
  7. Do not move the inflatable from the location where set-up.
  8. Do not let the inflatable unit rub up against any surface.

Safety Procedures - Wind, Rain, Deflation etc.
Deflation:

  1. If unit begins to lose air ask that the children make their way out the door carefully. There is no cause for alarm and the operator should assist with evacuation.  Many units have a safety door built into the roof.  You may open this to assist with a deflated unit.
  2. If unit experiences deflation after it is set up properly first check your power: Blower on, cord plugged in, breaker not tripped.  If you find the issue is not power you can also check:  Zippers and air flow valves in their rear and sometimes under units.  These look like small flaps and are either tied or Velcroed closed.  Sometimes they will rub open or children will open them out of curiosity,
Wind:
  1. WARNING - It is unsafe to stay In inflatable if winds exceed 20 miles per hour (MPH). Have all persons exit inflatable, then unplug the blower unit and let inflatable deflate,
  2. If at any time wind is gusting high enough to "rock" the unit.  Please remove all riders and call our office for further instructions. If at any point you see the unit lift or take to the air.  IMMEDIATELY remove riders and cease operation of the unit by turning off the blower motor.  Call us at the office Immediately 630-922-6100
  3. Please check your ground stakes every 15 minutes to ½ hour to insure that they are firmly embedded in the ground.   THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT for safe riding.  If a stake is lose please call our office for further instructions.  In addition a mallet is included in the equipment box in the rear. If the inflatable unit moves, pull corner(s) back to their original location(s) and re-secure; For other questions regarding the safe installation of equipment, please call our office at 630-922-6100.
Rain:

  1. In the event of Rain you are responsible for any damages to the equipment including the blower.  We ask that if the rain is light you leave unit inflated ( unless windy) as it will take on less filth and water as a result.  In this circumstance please cover blower motor.  If rain is moderate to heavy please cover motor in a manner that it can not take on water or unplug and bring indoors.  If you allow the unit to deflate please make certain it is not pooling water.  If possible cover with tarp.
  2. If it has rained and been deflated but the rain has passed.  Please clear unit of water and re-inflate for pick up.  If you allow riders to return please make sure inside of unit is dry.

Waterslide Guidelines:

Your waterslide/ride rental is guaranteed to be great fun for all ages.  Please follow these guideline to insure that we can continue to provide a quality inflatable for everyone.

1) Attach hose to rear and do not try to use slide dry (you belly will regret it).  Do not lay hose into unit and drench unit it will become water logged and then be unsuitable for play.
2) Turn hose on ½ way for best sliding and use.  Opening you hose to full pressure will drench the lawn and create puddles in your yard.
3) Call our office at 630.922.6100 if you have any questions or concerns with the operation of the unit.
4) Use caution with larger adults riding this ride.  They can actually slide the entire length of the unit and off the back if they are not cautious.
5) Use care in exiting the unit and exit from rear doors and not over the side
  1. Do not allow play in any pool area while riders are sliding - collisions may occur.
  2. Do not slide with locked or stiffened legs into bottom of pool.

Please turn off the water or remove hose at the end of your rental time.  After a few minutes please take a towel to the inside lanes to eliminate as much standing water as possible.

We come back later than your scheduled time to pick up the slide so it has an opportunity to dry.  This is important as the unit holds water and the water can easily double the weight of the unit making it difficult to pick up.

If we arrive and the unit is still in use you will be charge an additional fee of $100.00 for clean up and extra use.
