Terms and Conditions - Rental Requests

We do our best to let you know of anything pertinent beforehand in all of our documentation.   When reserving with us you should always receive a confirmation letter, phone call or an invoice.  This is your right to service/purchase.  If you do not have one of these items shortly after your order submission please call immediately to check the status of your reservation.  We hate to miss a party because of a paperwork or Internet glitch. Additional information about products and services, your responsibilities and ours can be found in this information or in the FAQ section of this web site.  If you have further questions please call 630-922-6100.  Pricing can vary from stated pricing on the web page according to discounts and promotions, season, distance and gas prices.  Ah.... the wonderful world of gas prices.  However, please do not hesitate to call us if you have additional questions. 

There are additional terms for rental items specific to what your rental choices are.  These things are covered in the separate confirmation letter we provide following the successful completion of your order. For example: fun foods have a cleaning fee if returned dirty and each chair is to only seat one person.  We will cover those details with you personally based on your individual order.

Please note all custom order items take 48 hours to process. In stock and available items will take 24 hours to process. If you are unsure of what your ship time will be please call us and we can let you know what your order status is. 630-922-6100


We are not responsible to shipping errors caused by the courier. We will do our best to keep you informed of any situation we are made aware of. Please let us know if you would like special shipping measures such as delivery confirmation or expedited shipping. We generally ship twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
